To claim warranty, please check that the defect complies with the supplier's warranty conditions. If the repair is out of warranty (e.g. expired warranty or damage due to improper use such as a fall or water damage), we will provide a solution free of charge. If so, we will offer a paid solution and you will receive a quote including transport costs, which must be paid prior to repair.
