White Optimist sleeve sail with reef, ideal for sailing schools. When using the reef eye, the boom rises, giving more headroom for the sailor. A sleeve pocket for the Optimist mast on the luff with a cut-out for the sprit trap block. This sail is made of strong 3.8 oz high-quality 100% dacron sailcloth. This Optimist sail has 4 heavily reinforced corners, a loose foot and webbing loops at both the tack and lap point to accommodate the boom. This Optimist sail has no battens. Best used with the school mast set EX1053 with fixed sleeve.

These mast extenders for the Optimist sleeve mast extend the mast by 10 or 20 cm to create more space. These mast extenders can be lowered into the top of the Optimist sleeve mast and move the sail and boom up.
