This is what you will do
As a commercial office employee, you will be part of Belship BV's dynamic sales team. Together with your colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers. You take orders, answer questions and advise our relations. You also play a crucial role in optimising our internal processes, using your technological knowledge to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. You keep in close contact with our suppliers to ensure that our customers are always provided with the most accurate information. You will also ensure that your colleagues in the field are well informed of the latest developments. In short, a challenging position in which you can use your energy as a spider in the web at Belship BV. 

This is you 
As an inside salesperson, you have sufficient persuasiveness and communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You are someone who proactively looks for ways to improve processes and are not afraid to take responsibility.

In addition, you have
- A healthy dose of humour
- Some experience in commerce
- Affinity with water sports / the maritime industry
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both in speech and writing 
- Living in the Utrecht region
- Experience with Microsoft Office package
- Experience with Exact Online is a plus

On-call warehouse worker

(after school)

Who we are looking for
To keep our logistics processes running smoothly, we are looking for flexible and enthusiastic warehouse employees who are available on call (with at least 3 fixed hours per week), especially after school hours. Our warehouse is located on the Krommewetering in Utrecht. 

Job description
As an on-call warehouse assistant, you will be flexible, working 1 fixed afternoon a week and if possible when we need extra help. You will support the team with various warehouse tasks, including:
- receiving, checking and storing incoming goods
- picking and packing orders for shipment
- helping to organise and clean the warehouse
- assisting with stock keeping

We are looking for
- schoolchildren or students available after school (at least 1 afternoon a week, possibility of working more during holidays)
- A hard worker with a proactive attitude.
- physically able to perform light- to medium-duty work
- precision and attention to detail
- no experience required; we will gladly teach you the ropes!
- live within cycling distance
