Optimised by Laser / ILCA Sailors®, this kit contains a large selection of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene tapes and an aggressive acrylic adhesive. The result is a very tough material, with the highest impact resistance of any thermoplastic made. It has an extremely low coefficient of friction, is self-lubricating and highly wear-resistant (15 times more resistant to abrasion than steel), offering an efficient solution to many wear problems.
