Air handling unit

The external air pre-treatment system (UTA) is designed to provide the interior spaces of the vessel, which have insufficient natural air exchange with the outside air, with a variable quantity of air to ensure (in synergy with the exhaust system) the air exchange required in the specifications.

Each Frigomar air handling unit, regardless of capacity, is equipped with a powerful filter barrier to block airborne solid particles, a radiant element connected to the central air conditioning system via a separate duct, a powerful variable-speed centrifugal fan, a UVC lamp for air sterilisation and a digital controller for monitoring the temperature of the air blown into the room.
