Important information when choosing sizes. OMEGA shock-absorbing inserts should have at least 50 mm of foam around the outer edge and 50 mm of foam on top. This is essential because the foam around the edge holds the OMEGAs in place and gives the edge of your cushion a nice rounded soft feel. The 50 mm foam on top of the unit is to increase comfort. If you are sitting on a chair with OMEGAs in it, you should not be able to notice that the chair contains OMEGA seat inserts.

A seat of 500 mm by 300 mm requires an insert closest to 400 mm x 200 mm.
