Any questions? We are happy to help
To help you faster and more focused than before, we are working with a new ticketing system.
Do you have a question or request? Send an e-mail to team@belship.nl - your message will go straight to the right colleague and we will keep you well informed of progress. So you can be sure that you will be helped quickly and carefully.


ONLINE
Find a product on our website by searching by category or brand.
Once you have found the product, you can order it by pressing the button to order list. The product is now in your shopping basket.
VIA INSIDE SALES
You can also place an order by calling or emailing our inside sales department.
They will then process your request in our system as an offer.
Once they have created the quote for you, you will receive a quote which you can accept or reject online. If you accept the quotation, it automatically becomes an order.
HOW TO ORDER QUICKLY?
1. Go to your account on belship.com.
2. Enter an item number, item name or brand, in the search bar (a). Press enter and click on the article.
3. If you know the item number, you can enter it at (b).

4. When you have all the items you need in the list, press the Add to order button.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO ORDER SEVERAL PRODUCTS OR AN ENTIRE ORDER AT ONCE?
This can be done by using the load CSV file option.
How do you drop in a csv file for quick ordering?
1. Create a spreadsheet of 2 columns. You may define the names in the header. For example, 'article - number'.
2. Enter the article number column A in. Enter the required numbers column B in. Each article on a new line.

3. Save the file in CSV format (.csv, separated by commas or semicolons).
4. Go to your account on belship.com. Choose 'Quick order' and scroll to the 'Upload your order' section
5. Click 'Choose file'. Select your CSV and wait a moment for the file to upload.
6. Click 'Upload'. The items will now be added to your order list.
7. Select order list icon at top right to check.
8. Then go through the normal ordering procedure.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
As long as you have not yet clicked checkout, you can still change or cancel your order online.
The moment your order is completed, any changes can only be made by our inside sales colleagues and it is best to contact them directly.
Whether this is actually possible depends on the product. Custom-made and specially ordered products cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been ordered from the supplier.


ONLINE
Online, you can now immediately see whether a product is in stock - thanks to our handy colour codes.
- Out of stock (back order possible).
- Last pieces (back order possible).
- In stock and immediately available (back order also possible).
A backorder is always possible, unless it is indicated that a product is no longer available.
For backorders, delivery time may vary by product - please feel free to take contact with us if you have any questions about this.


IS THE PRODUCT IN STOCK?
If a product is in stock, it will be shipped from our warehouse the next working day.
IS THE PRODUCT A BACKORDER?
If a product is out of stock, it must be ordered for you.
In this case, we depend on the delivery time and sometimes production time of the supplier.
WILL THE PRODUCT BE CUSTOM-MADE OR IS IT A SPECIAL ORDER?
If a product is custom-made and is a product ordered specially for you, we depend on the supplier's production time and delivery time.


At belship, you will always receive an invoice once you have placed your order. Whether this is done online or via the office. If you have been a Belship customer for some time, you pay within 30 days of delivery.
If you are a new customer or payments are not running smoothly, you should pay the invoice in advance.
We will not order or deliver until payment has been made.
If you order a custom-made or specially ordered item, you must always pay in advance. We will not order until payment has been made. This applies to all our customers.


If we have the item in stock, we will deliver the item to you immediately.
We cooperate with Transmission.
FREIGHT COSTS FROM THE WEBSHOP:
Netherlands shops and yards with order amount < € 200 = € 9.50
Belgium shops and yards with order amount < € 250 = € 15.00
FREIGHT CHARGES FOLLOWING TELEPHONE OR E-MAIL ORDER:
Netherlands shops with order amount< € 200 = € 9.50
Netherlands ship with order amount< € 350 = € 9.50
Belgium shops with order amount< € 250 = € 15.00
Belgium ship with order amount< € 350 = € 15.00
Freight charges for special shipments and pallets on after settlement.
Pallet costs within the Netherlands Block pallet € 56.00
Once the shipment has been transferred to Transmission, you will receive a track & trace code and will be able to track the shipment.


It may happen that you would like to return an item.
Of course, this is always possible provided the return complies with our terms and conditions.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Products, which have been delivered by us, can only be returned to us with the written consent of the Belship inside sales department.
- The Belship office will only approve a return request submitted by means of a return form filled in as completely as possible.
- The shipment must be delivered with sufficient postage, if this is an error on our part then we will reimburse the return postage costs.
- The product is unused and is in its original, undamaged and sticker-free packaging. And are suitable for resale.
- The return request is within a maximum period of 30 days from the purchase of the products.
- We do not take back obsolete products.
- Products ordered customer-specific or custom-made for you cannot be returned or cancelled.
- Please always include or send a copy of the completed return form and a copy of our packing slip when making a return.
- Belship reserves the right, for handling returns, to charge 15% of the net order value.
- If you wish to cancel an item or order that has not yet been dispatched but is being processed, Belship also reserves the right to deduct 15% from the net order value of the product to be cancelled.
Of course, it is also possible that we have made a mistake. We will do everything we can to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. You report the wrong shipment within 5 working days of receipt, to the Belship office using our return form. Please indicate in the comments field what is wrong with the order. The further procedure will be the same as for a return. However, we will of course take care of the shipping costs and no other costs will be charged.
To ensure together that this is settled quickly and correctly, we ask you to fill in the online form as completely as possible on our return request page.


Is a product you bought from us defective through no fault of your own and is the product still under warranty?
Generally, defects covered by the warranty will be repaired. However, certain products will be exchanged for a new product. Depending on the supplier's warranty conditions.
Using the form (repair request), you can easily apply for a repair. If the defect falls under the warranty, Belship will provide a solution free of charge. To claim under the guarantee, please check whether the defect complies with the guarantee conditions of the relevant supplier. If the repair is out of warranty (e.g. expired warranty or damage due to improper use such as fall or water damage). If so, we will offer a paid solution and you will receive a quote including transport costs, which must be paid prior to repair. If you report a warranty repair wrongly, all costs will be charged afterwards.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR PROCEDURE
- We request that you fill in the form below as completely and correctly as possible.
- To claim your warranty, please enclose your purchase invoice.
- We request that you send photos if possible.
- Submit the form, invoice and photos online or download the form and email the form, invoice and photos to team@belship.nl
- We will process your application.
- You will receive a written response from team@belship.nl.
- If the defect falls under the guarantee, the repair or solution will be completely free of charge. If the defect is out of warranty, we can offer a paid solution and you will receive a quotation including transport costs, which must be paid prior to repair.
- By written agreement of team@belship.nl you will receive from us the procedure to follow.
