Description

The LMS control system has been developed to control two-speed motors with limit switches, operating at voltages ranging from 12 to 24 VDC. The wiper blades are synchronised in all wiper positions, with the power supply to the motors that reach the limit switch first being imperceptibly interrupted. The different versions of the LMS control system differ in the number of wiper blades they can control:

  • LMS.02 system , special version for controlling two windscreen wipers and one auxiliary wiper;
  • The modular LMS system enables you to control three groups, each consisting of one to three windscreen wipers and one auxiliary wiper.

The modular LMS system consists of two components: the control panel (LMS.E) and the power module (LMS.P). Each power module can control up to three windscreen wiper motors, and up to three modules can be connected together. The key features of this system are:

  • Supply voltage: multi-voltage from 12A to 24 Vdc;
  • Capability to control 9 windscreen wipers and 1 additional windscreen wiper;
  • Continuous windscreen wiper operation, with two speeds and three interval settings;
  • Maximum current for a single motor: 8A
  • Maximum current for auxiliary equipment: 5A
  • Each motor is protected by automatic fuses (PTC).
Product ID

Every part of the modular LMS system can be uniquely identified by means of a serial number, which is located on a label on the back of the component.
